	Order Cancellation / Returns
	Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by email or telephone unless goods have been personalised Refunds will be processed within 10 working days (usually quicker) using the original method of payment We will email to confirm receipt of your instructions and confirm that the order status enabled cancellation Goods can be returned after receipt if you decide you no longer require them or you tried to cancel whilst in transit provided they are unused and in the original packaging and you advise us by email you want to return all or part of an order within 10 days of your receipt This does not apply to items that have been personalised Please contact us by email for a returns number and ensure this is included with the returned goods so we can process a refund email action@antigee.co.uk Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of goods We will email you to confirm that goods were in an acceptable condition and that your refund has been actioned Ensure goods are well packed and please keep your proof of posting If you are unhappy with the quality of goods please contact us even if you decide to keep as we value your comments If you consider the goods to be defective and want to return for refund or require a replacement please contact us email action@antigee.co.uk or use the contact details which can be accessed from our home page This does not affect your statutory rights This cancellation / returns policy was last updated at 1.15pm 26th September 2006


	Out of stock items
	You may find an item listed but with the comment "out of stock" and you won't be able to order Most out of stock items are available again within around 5 days of us getting it wrong Please email us telling us which item you are interested in and we'll contact you as soon as back in stock so you can order Please accept our apologies

	antigee.co.uk uses secure servers and "Nochex" to process credit card and debit card payments From the checkout cart your credit or debit card payment can be automatically processed if your order value is less than £100 To protect you and reduce possibility of fraud we may carry out further checks prior to shipping when the delivery address is not the same as the credit card billing address Most online orders paid for by credit card ship within 48hrs See also Terms and Conditions If we can't ship we'll let you know and do a prompt refund For orders greater than £100 in value then we can accept payment by cheque or you can choose to sign up with Nochex for a verified Personal Account A pay by cheque option is available at checkout You will receive an email detailing your order and further instructions Your order will ship 5 working days after we receive your cheque Though we like the idea please do not post us cash!
