Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by email or telephone unless goods have been personalised Refunds will be processed within 10 working days (usually quicker) using the original method of payment We will email to confirm receipt of your instructions and confirm that the order status enabled cancellation
Goods can be returned after receipt if you decide you no longer require them or you tried to cancel whilst in transit provided they are unused and in the original packaging and you advise us by email you want to return all or part of an order within 10 days of your receipt This does not apply to items that have been personalised Please contact us by email for a returns number and ensure this is included with the returned goods so we can process a refund email action@antigee.co.uk Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of goods We will email you to confirm that goods were in an acceptable condition and that your refund has been actioned Ensure goods are well packed and please keep your proof of posting
