The third email will confirm goods are available to ship and gives a shipping date and the shipping method
We may decline all or part of your order for any reason

If we are unable to meet your requirements for delivery and goods have not been shipped we will promptly refund using the original method of payment

If you require delivery by a specific date please put this in the order notes and we'll let you know if we can't do
