If we are out of stock of an item we will notify you within 48hrs and if we can't provide an acceptable firm delivery date by agreement cancel the order and promptly refund your payment
We try to keep stock outs to a minimum and manage these on the website so you can't order but we don't always get it right (that doesn't mean we are not trying!)
